What happens if I don't receive the email link?Your animation link will be delivered within 3 business days. If you did not receive the email link by the third business day, most likely it will be in your SPAM or junk mail folder - many servers block links.

What do we do?Our team of talented artists converts your Photo into an animated movie. After a brief still version of the picture, the fun begins as the animation brings your photo to life complete with music and sound effects.

How do I submit the Photo?There are two ways to submit your photo to us.
How do I receive my animation?This totally EARTH FRIENDLY product is delivered to you within 3 business days via an email link. You can receive it ANYWHERE in the WORLD as long as you have Internet access. You can forward to friends and family as you wish, as long as they have internet access.
What are the differences between the products?The differences are in animation frames which vary the length of the animation. For more detailed information go to products and read all the information.
What can I do with the animation?Your friends and family will be proud to play the movie over and over. You will create the "WOW!"

Can I copy my animation to CDs?Yes, from the moment that you download your animation from our Web to a computer you can burn as many CDs as you wish.
How many times can I download from the Web?There is no limitation on downloads and from as many computers you would like.
How long will my animation be on the Web?For 60 days. During those days you can downloaded as many times as you wish.
I don't have Internet, how can I access the forms?You can access it from any computer it doesn't need to be yours. If you have a relative or a friend with a computer you can do it. You can even use any library or local internet place and create a new online (internet) account,
